Home Hub London approached us with a goal to modernize their online presence, showcase their comprehensive property services, and create a smoother user experience for both landlords and tenants. Their previous site lacked clarity, responsiveness, and SEO structure. The redesign was aimed to position Home Hub as a tech-forward yet approachable property partner in London.

After a comprehensive UX audit of the previous website, we identified the following objectives:

  • Improve navigational flow for both prospective tenants and landlords.

  • Clearly showcase service areas such as property lettings, management, compliance, and repair handling.

  • Enable quick contact access and increase form submissions.

  • Maintain a clean, professional, and modern aesthetic that matches London’s property market.

  • Integrate SEO-friendly structure for higher visibility on local s

I conducted user research and usability mapping to uncover how motorsport fans consume content online. The focus was on optimizing flow, speed, and engagement—ensuring the platform meets the expectations of an audience fueled by adrenaline and real-time updates.

🛠️ Technical Stack & Implementation

  • WordPress CMS: Custom theme built using ACF (Advanced Custom Fields) for easy backend content management.

  • Elementor: Used selectively to allow client-side content edits on basic pages.

  • Custom Post Types: Created for Testimonials, FAQs, and Service Blocks.

  • Google Schema Markup: Added for LocalBusiness and Service for better SEO.

Key Visual Elements:

  • Hero section with clear CTA: “Let us handle your home with care.”

  • Icon-led service descriptions for clarity and scanning.

  • Testimonials carousel to build trust with new users.

  • Sticky contact button on mobile for easy conversion.

🎨 Design Language & Aesthetic Direction

  • We opted for a minimalist design language grounded in trust-building colors (navy blue, white, and soft greys) with accents of light blue. The typography was modern and legible, using Montserrat and Lato for a clean finish.
