The goal: 

The primary goal of the H2Ecommerce project was to elevate the user experience for industrial buyers while supporting both retail and wholesale operations under one platform. The client needed a system that could:

  • Serve large-scale institutional buyers with tools for bulk purchasing and quote management

  • Present a clean, professional storefront aligned with their B2B identity

  • Ensure fast, secure, and mobile-optimized browsing for busy procurement officers

  • Offer scalable architecture that could support future product expansions and integrations

  • Restructured the homepage layout to highlight critical product categories with scannable CTAs
  • Built a streamlined mega menu to support intuitive navigation across dozens of product lines
  • Designed trust-building elements such as procurement badges, customer reviews, and supplier icons

With a focus on trust, speed, and usability, I transformed H2Ecommerce into a streamlined industrial marketplace built to serve both bulk buyers and everyday users.

Advanced Product Filtering

  • Integrated WooCommerce AJAX Filters by product attributes (brand, usage, compliance rating)

  • Added inventory visibility and status tags (e.g., “In Stock”, “Ships in 24h”)

  • Implemented bulk-order request forms with auto-quotation options

Mobile-First Optimization

  • Built a responsive layout ensuring seamless performance across phones, tablets, and desktops

  • Implemented a sticky cart and quick-shop modal for faster purchasing on the go

Custom B2B Checkout Flow

  • Enabled multi-user accounts for businesses

  • Integrated Net Terms Payment, Purchase Order Upload, and Tax Exemption Forms

  • Simplified the checkout process with address auto-fill, saved payment methods, and reorder functionality

Visual & Brand Identity

We crafted a minimal yet bold aesthetic using a clean white and steel-blue palette inspired by industrial precision. Product cards were redesigned with larger imagery, certification icons, and legibility enhancements.

Typography was modernized with bold sans-serif headings and high contrast body fonts, improving accessibility for on-site professionals.
